    Committee remains as in 2010, with Martin once again in the chair, Jude remains as secretary & Adam as treasurer.
    New Clubs Join South Shropshire Group - fixtures will include the Boraston and Upton Court tracks. New Group Co-Ordinator will be Bob Kimber with Martin Attwood as Deputy for 2011.

    On Line Membership is available for all riders who held a 2010 licence. Authorization to issue licence will be given by Jude once SDMCC membership confirmed.

    Members voted for the CLub to become an 'On-Line Entry Club'. All Members will need to register on AMCA Website and have  a credit / debit card; E-mail address; internet access to register for the events. Must book onto the event 10 days before the event or late entry rules will apply. Riders will only be offered races that they are eligible for and FROCH rules still apply - you will have to enter your home event before being eligible to take FROCH.

    Members voted in favour of moving to monthly meetings, which are MANDATORY as per the New Club Rules (full details can be found on our website). Martin detailed the new rules and regulations for SDMCC for 2011 and all present were issued with a copy.

  2. Meeting 25.3.11
    4 Members failed to attend, 3 for the 2nd consecutive meeting.
    AP: Jude to confirm if licence held and request suspension by AMCA for 2nd offenders.
    Shobdon Date Change - Meeting in June now on 26.6.11, with sidecar championship.
    Members reported no problems with on-line booking, other than forgetting! Martin explained FROCH is still running same as last year, once event closed, contact the organizing club to book FROCH.
    Discussed our first meeting - 17.4.11.
    Three Work Party dates 2.4.11 - Adam will organize ; 9.4.11 - Kevan will organize; 15.4.11 - Martin will organize

  3. Meeting 29.4.11
    Update on Abandoned Event: No contact received from Owain, Event Aid (Paul spoke to Jude on Tuesday afetr the event). Karen Anderson will send letter to request payment to cover costs occurred. Shobdon have new agreement with Off Road Medics at £1000 per event.  Proposed date for replacement meeting 29.5.11, was agreed with members. All day Work Party would be on 28.5.11 (attendance to be discussed at Club Meeting on 27.5.11).  Jack would be unavailable during the day, but agreed to do camping pm.

                        Entry Gate Request -     To ensure refunds are returned appropriately in future system needed to identify payment received. Proposals were Marking in programme how many came in; White Marking on vehicle windscreens; Paid stamp on hand; Issue entry ticket, AP: Kevan will identify roll of MotorSport is Dnagerous tickets to issue.
    Identification for Members Marshalls required so they know who to charge on entry. Proposals were Members list on gate; List of marshalls names on gate; Wristbands for marshalls;AP: Jude to identify alternative colour wristbands and issue at club meeting 27.5.11 to members for marshalls. Any Marshall without wristband will be required to pay entry and get refund/ wristband from their rider.
    Reminder to Members: On-Line Entry closes 10 days before the event (9.30 am Thursday morning)

  4. Meeting 27.5.11
    Notification of entries to Raglan Event on Monday. Martin made members aware it was posted on website & on their authorized events schedule.
    AMCA have introduced a weekly fee reduction scheme - Licence Fee reduces £5 per week to £55 in august.
    Martin gave Group Meeting feedback. Main issues are Group Championship will be run over 5 consecutive meetings 31/7/11- 21/8/11. Justin asked that riding vests were returned asap. Bans are being introduced for riding in the paddock & litter dropping. Discussion by members around benefit of roped run off areas could discourage this practice, otherwise a 'free 4 all'
    Martin ran through meeting 26.6.11, ID Clerks; Marshals etc. All remaining members to supply a marshall.
    Martin proposed 2 hour stints for Work Party Saturday to ensure a Shobdon Member was present when guest campers arrived (due to 2 youths fraudulently collecting money at last meeting). Wristbands were issued for riders marshal to help gate ID who was authorized to enter the paddock free of charge.

    Martin welcomed new member Sam to the Club. 
    Report back from Group: Litter in Paddock still an issue, other Club in Group has initiated 2 Officials walking the Paddock with Clipboard, noting Registration Numbers and Bike numbers. Had a positive effect, but Members did not feel we had a huge problem with litter as we put out bin bags in paddock /spectator areas. 
    Discussed Work Party - sticking to same formatt as last meeting (1x 2 hourly slot throughout the day to cover camping)
    Wristbands were issued for riders marshal again as it had been a success.
